Well first you need to have a USB cable that connects from the PC to your PSP. Then go to settings on your PSP and click on USB Connection. Go to My computer on you PC and it should come up with Memory Stick. Click on it and then click on Music. Once you've done that find a song on your computer then copy it to the Music File.
