Most likely a fuse problem. If not a bad fuse then check wiring.
dome lights do not work. checked the fuse which is ok. checked the bulbs which are also ok. where is the problem
Yes there is a fuse for your brake lights. Check your fuse box. It should be marked. If the fuse is ok then check the switch. It could be a bad switch or ground.
Yes. I switched the lamps and they work OK. There is only one fuse marked for the stiop lights and it's ok also.
check to see if your tail lights are also out if so replace fuse and the dash lights should be ok
If fuse is ok, could be a bad headlight switch
sounds like a bad ground
There are 2 fuse boxes on a 1999 Saturn SL2. The fuse for the tail lights is in the Electrical fuse box under the hood. It is located on the drivers side in front of the battery.
First, check the fuse box and replace the fuse for the indicator lights. If the lights still do not work then replace the dash bulb itself.
flash your head lights or take the fuse out and make sure it ain't blown
The problem lies in the IOD fuse under the hood of your Jeep. Its a 20 amp fuse located in the fuse box under the hood replace that and it should work fine!
It is quite possible (even more so if the vehicle has power windows) one or more wires were temporarily shorted during the work, or even still shorted, which would blow the accessory fuse which powers the radio and interior lights among a couple of other things. Check and replace the fuse if needed, if everything works you're ok, if the fuse blows immediately you still have a short
