Check the master cylinder. Occasionally the internal seals wear and intermittently leak.
It could also be an indication of a vacuum leak or possibly low engine vacuum. Either way, you'll need to check into it a litle more.

The wiring diagram for a 2002 Saturn S series can be found in a Chilton or Haynes repair manual. You can pick one up at an auto supply store.
There is no mass air flow sensor on the Saturn S-series.
Saturn made more than one car in 2000 so you will need to be more specific! The s-series motor will not fit in an l series car though if that is what you are asking.
