the difference between windows media player 11 and 9 is the album art is supplied from the internet from music on your computer so you can find out who made the music easily, (requires internet) other than the upgrade to album art windows media player 9 is not much difference to the upgraded version. I recommend windows player 11 better still

Yes you can but you will need windows media player and either have the songs on a CD or an external drive. Then from here you will connect your zune to the computer and then sync it to the device. Media monkey might also support your zune but i am not sure and in order to get that program as well as windows media player you will need internet.=]
No. Windows Media Player is not the only audio/media player for Windows OS. There are other popular media player too. Some of them are VLC, Real Player, QuickPlay, etc.
