In my professional opinion Buspirone is useless as an anti-anxiety drug. Sudafed can cause anxiety. I do not see why one would want to, but there is no problem doing it.
It is safe to take this cough syrup with your antibiotic. Delsym contains the cough suppressant dextromethorphan. This can cause jittery feelings. If you feel too jittery, try taking just half a dose of Delsym next time.
