There are 13 episodes just like every other season.
Actually, there are going to be 14 total episodes this series. The first part (of 5 episodes) has just concluded, the Christmas episode will introduce the Doctor's new companion, and the rest of the season will air in 2013 sometime (no set air date yet).
They are all just called ood apart from one which is called Ood Sigma. Ood Sigma Is the ood which sees the doctor in most Doctor who episodes which have the ood in them.

Just like Sarah Jane, Amy Pond is the Doctor's companion for several episodes, so I would say yes.
There are usually not doctors that exclusively work with just knee's but their are doctors that work in this area. The difference is that they specialize in muscle/bone procedures, making them a bit different from a doctor that may specialize in another area.

the daleks first came into the show just around the third episode, considering that all the episodes back then were separated into two. the episode was named "dead planet" and afterwords the daleks became a major part of doctor who
You need to go to school from 8-15 years depending on if you are going to specialize in an area or just be a General Doctor.
Your best bet to watch it without downloads is probably YouTube but it will be split up into different parts. Just type in the episode your after. The add "Part 1" at the end. Watch out for fan-made episodes.
no they dont. they only have two episodes that are just bonus stuff. the site says they have three episodes but the third one is just the two episodes but together. believe me i want it on netflix too.
