.NET is Platform Dependent in light of the fact that once the code is composed it is consented into Microsoft Intermediate Language(MSIL) code which is autonomous of stage yet it is half ordered code,then Common Language Runtime(CLR) change over it into gadget particular code i.e it is stage dependent.(MSIL is send to JIT through CLR.
