  1. 1.50 cm3 = 1.50*10-6 m3
  2. 1.50*10+3 nm3 = 1.50*10+3([nm]3) / ([109nm/m])3 = 1.50*10+3 * (10-27) [m3] = 1.50*10-24m3

Keep in mind that 1 nm = 1*10-9 m,

so when cubed, symbolised by [.]3 , it gives:
