well . . . I am 5ft3 and 118 pounds... But hun, if you feel a little chubby that's ok. You are only 12. Trust me, you will grow into your skin. You're probably getting ready to go through a growth spurt.
You could always ask your doctor about your weight and if you really are a little on the chubby side then a healthy diet and exercise will help you lose that extra weight. But remember you are still a child and you have lots of growing to do! :)
But like I said, If you are really concerned with it ask your doctor and he/she will tell you everything you need to know.
