hmm no if u check BMI u are normal so dont worry as long as u keep on exercising ull be fine *Well, you might want to lose a pound or two. It depends on how the weight is porportioned. If you have a medium structure, than no. If you have all of the weight in a certain area, than you or the person you are talking about should exercise out that certain area. Weight in just one area can lead to diesases.
