∙ 13y agoI'd call that within acceptable parameters.
But the doctor should still put it on the patient's chart, for comparison with past and future results, taking into account such things as changes in lifestyle, medications, smoking, weight, and many other factors.
In general, if it gets above 120 over 80 it would warrant attention.

∙ 13y agoYes, in gneral 100/60 to 120/80 is a healthy range. If a person has Hypertension or high cholesterol or Diabetes, the Dr may make recommendations to stay in a certain range. Too low is unhealthy also and can cause stroke from lack of blood flow just at too high can cause a stroke.
