It is a little high but they won't put you on medication.Some exercise would most likely lower this.It is normal for your blood pressure to rise as you get older.This is due to you not being able to do some of the things you could do when you were younger.And to normal body changes and metabolism.

∙ 13y agoAre you stressed? Anything over 121 in the systolic category can mean prehypertension. Also anything over 81 in the diastolic category can mean prehypertension. Relax :) if you get too stressed or eat too much salty foods, you can lead to hypertension, which is no fun.
