That's ok I know a kid who benches 215 and is 13 140

Well me a 13 year old boy who plays football and weight lifts i am beching like 130-135 im 5'8 and about 155 i mean i cant bench a really lot but man when i get on the feild im a beast but 215 and 13 that kid can lift i don take nothing like no pretein drinks or nothing tho

If you weigh 135 you should be benching 135-150 I weigh 120 and bench 135 so you should be able to bench around your bidy weight. I don't do any protein stuff but i do play football
