Depending how tall you are. If your say 5'0" then i suggest losing about 10-15 pounds. There are quick and easy ways to do so. Ride your bike around the nieghborhood for about half and hour. Or play sports! Just outside with a friend. But remember, forcing yourself is unhealthy and can lead to injuries. Its all about your body. If your athletic then your fine. If your not, you should do some sports. Stay healthy and eat lots and lots of fruit and vegetables. And remember stay hydrated! Its important to carry a water bottle if your outside running.
