If you mean blood pressure: 120/80 is normal. Older people can have a BP of 140 and it can be considered normal.
BPH is part of the aging process
BPH is benign prostatic hyperplasia
difference between bph and prostatomegaly
BPH is an acronym for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. BPH is an enlargement of the male prostate gland which, though non-cancerous, can cause discomfort and urinary and erectile issues.
Whether or not BPH is caused by hormonal changes in aging men, there is no known way of preventing it
An IQ score of 147 is classified as very superior intelligence. So it's very good. I'm 13 and I have an IQ of 147 too!
Benign prostatic Hyperplasia ( BPH) Benign prostatic Hyperplasia ( BPH)
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is more common in older men, with prevalence increasing with age. It is estimated that by age 60, 50% of men will have some degree of BPH, and by age 85, this number increases to 90%. BPH is less common in men under 40.
BPH has been viewed as a rare condition in African, Chinese, and other Asian peoples for reasons that are not clear
it is for BPH
If by prostate disease you mean an enlarged prostate, or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), you should know that in the US, 2 out of 3 men over 50 have some form of this condition, and good medical authorities say you can't prevent BPH or the problems it may cause. (3 out of 4 men 80 and over have it.) That would suggest to me that BPH is generally a result of aging and has genetic factors associated with it. If that's is actually the case, then there are two alternatives to avoiding BPH. 1) Don't grow old. 2) Be born with good genes. Eating a good diet of vegetables, whole grains, no red meat, flax oil, fish oil, olive oil, nuts, berries, fresh fruit, and limiting your protein intake before you go to bed are ways to be generally healthier all over. This general health may extend to your prostate as well and may help postpone BPH... but not indefinitely. Good diet or not, if you don't have the good genes, the statistics are against you.
BPH treated with TURP means benign prostatic hypertrophy treated with transurethral resection of the prostate.
