From this website http://www.keepkidshealthy.com/growthcharts/boystwoyears.gif you are in the tallest 5% of the population and you could quite reasonably weigh 15 stones (210 pounds) but you actually weigh over 17 stones (241 pounds). Even of you do a lot of weight training this seems excessive. You need to lose about 2 stones (28 pounds) For comparison the WBC heavyweight boxing champion is 6'2 1/2 and weighs 236 and the IBF champion is 6'1 and weighs 210.
