I got accepted into the studio art program at NYU with a 2080 so yes I would agree that that score is good enough, however, there are many many other factors that are considered. I have friends with lower SAT scores that have been admitted without declaring a major and so depending on your GPA and which college you apply to at NYU, I would say that score is pretty good.
No, unless you meant 3.7 unweighted. If that's your HPA, there's no way that's good enough. You're unweighted needs to be way over a 3.5 to get into NYU. And a 2,000? Depends on what the scores are composed of. You could have gotten an 800 grammar and a 600 on the other sections, which is terrible. Try taking it again.
over 9000!
No your not getting into any of those scores...have fun at Montana State Actually, I believe 1900 may be able to get you into NYU and possibly even UCLA if you have a high GPA and outstanding EC's and admission letter. But Yale won't accept a 1900. I think you do have a chance of Yale with a 1900. Did some research myself and some students there have done 1900 or less on their SAT's. It lowers your chances but does not rule you out.
NYU's 2014 25th-75th percentile SAT scores are 620-710 on the Critical Reading section, 630-740 on the Math section, and 640-730 on the Writing section.
possibly.... depends heavily on your SAT scores though
NYU's 2014 25th-75th percentile SAT Math Scores are 630-740, meaning 25% of students scored 630 or lower on the Math portion of the SAT, and 75% of students scored 740 or lower (i.e. 25% of students scored 740 or higher).
The average SAT score for current freshmen is 1300-1400 with a GPA of 3.63.
go to http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/ad... you'll find evrything you need there
The admission requirements are things like you GPA and SAT score. So you need a certain GPA to get in like a 3.7 for you GPA you can get into NYU. But your SAT score needs to be great too.

I am a student at NYU Stern, and I got accepted with these academic credentials:~ 3.9 GPA1450/1600 SAT710 Literature SAT2620 Math I SAT 2Extracurricular activities and volunteer work are incredibly important as well.Good luck!
NYU is a highly selective university, however it is not as selective as Harvard. You need a high GPA, along with impressive SAT scores, and strong extracurriculars. The acceptance rate is around 25%. You need to be fairly determined. God bless and I hope you get in
