Actually, it is really not a healthy weight for the indicated height. An Ideal weight for a person 5'-5" is about 145 #. Actually it can be a big health risk and there are diets that can be used if you consult a physician about it, most people would consider it a little off but lots of people consult a specialist about it because to take it in to your own hands could be very dangerous due to dramatic weight lose... So please don't try and loose it for looks if you set your mind on doing it for your health it will make it a lot easier... One big mistake some doctors admit they have made is not taking into consideration the bone structure of the patient (small, medium or large boned.) For 5' 5" tall: SMALL BONED 115 - 120 lbs. MEDIUM BONED: 128 - 135 LARGE BONED: 140 - 145 lbs. THIS IS FOR A FEMALE!
