To stop Poison Ivy in Batman: Arkham Asylum, you need to use the Ultra Batclaw gadget on the plants and vines she controls to destroy them. You should also attack her using your Batarangs and throw explosive gel to deal damage. By using a combination of these tactics, you can defeat Poison Ivy and prevent her from taking over the island.
They don't protect really any city. They are Batman's stealth team for everything. In episode 8 they were in Gotham. In episode 9 they were in Biaylia. In episode 3 I think they were in England. Then in episode 16 they were all over the US. It varies in their missions. Seperatly they deal whatever city their mentor does.

No, however in Batman #666, it was a possible future of Damian as Batman but a much darker version with powers of immortality and healing abilities he got when he made a literal deal with the Devil. But in Batman Incorporated #8, Damian was killed by his clone, The Heretic, during a Leviathan invasion of Wayne Tower.
Would totally depend on the circumstances. Batman knows a great deal about Superman's weaknesses and could thus gain the upper-hand by exposing him to kryptonite or a red sun. The batman from the "Red son" storyline (Where superman was a communist) Batman was able to beat him using those weaknesses. However if Superman decides to fight batman without batman being able to prepare, superman would have won in about 1 picoseconds.
I think the word you are looking for is enmity. "There was a great deal of enmity between Batman and Joker."
