its a bit below normal range, which is 60-100 bpm. various things could give you 42-45 bpm... first, when was the pulse taken? at rest? second, who took it? its easy to misinterpret pulses if youre not used to doing it. then, consider medications- including otc. still, it would be a good idea to consult your md.
