I think it is because I am 6 stone and I am 11 ( nearly 12 )
but its not all about being fat its about the muscles in you, as they are heavier then fat. So if you weigh a lot but look fine that means you very strong. I have a friend and she is tiny! and weighs about 4 stone and is older then me myself! but she is quite weak also.
