i have dibatic as well i had my lunch at 2.30 pm and i went for run for 20mins is my routin ,i have cheked today after running and my also reading 7.1 ,i was accepting around 6 so think my one is bad,is depand what time you checking your leval if is in the mornnig befor breakfast is bad.
