Well its all relative you see. IT could be high if you were in a low area, but if you were in a high area it could be low. Now, it gets really tricky when you are in a middle area, because then it can be both high and low at the same time.

The trick is to remember this pneumatic device. HAL LAH MBHL. Which is pretty self explanatory, so I won't insult your intelligence by explaining it.
