Normal peoples' heart rate varies quite a bit. Both between different people, and also in one person depending on ther resting condition, or if working or exercising hard. If you find a heart rate of 55 to 75 per minute resting, or 150 or more for vigorous exercise, you would not be surprised.
The average heart rate for adults is anywhere from 60 to 100. It depends on the individual and also their fitness level. A good resting heart rate, in my opinion, would be around 70.
Exercising can improve a person's resting heart rate, so take up jogging and get that 81 down to 70. :)
Absolutely, for a healthy adult the acceptable range is 60-100 beats per minute at rest.
Depends on during which activity it's recorded. It's way high for a resting state but OK for a working state.
