ATP is formed when one of the three energy systems creates the lost high energy bond (that was lost in the production of energy in the muscle contraction) between the 2nd and 3rd inorganic phosphate molecule. when the bond is broken to create a contraction, adenosine triphosphate turns into adenosine diphosphate. and the cycle starts over again.
hope that helped
When a phosphate group is removed from ATP (adenosine triphosphate), a nucleotide known as ADP (adenosine diphosphate) is formed.
ATP is formed in aerobic respiration. 36/38 ATP's formed from the whole process.
when a phosphate group is removed from ATP energy is released and the molecule ADP is formed.
During cellular respiration, one molecule of ATP is formed from ADP through a process called phosphorylation. This involves the addition of a phosphate group to ADP, creating ATP. This process occurs in the mitochondria of cells and is driven by the energy released from the breakdown of glucose.
ATP is released from mitochondrion.
36 ATP
ATP is released in glycolysis, cellular respiration, and fermentation.
ATP is Energy! :D ATP is formed during cellular respiration where the plant turns glucose (created through photosynthesis) into usable energy. The energy which is created is known as ATP or Adenosine triphosphate.
