Not unless you want a heart attack. Both are stimulants and both are amphetamines. Adding Adderall (basically speed) to ecstasy is not safe and is definitely not recommended. This could potentially lead to death, especially if the dosage of either one or both of the drugs is high.

They are fairly similar physiologically, but not chemically. Adderal is made up of Dextroamphetamine and amphetamine. These drugs are almost identical to methamphetamine (meth, crystal, ice), the only difference really being in their soluability. As far as the effects though, both cocaine and amphetamine block the NET (norepinephrine transporter) and DAT (dopamine transporter) that remove their respective neurotransmitters from the synaptic cleft. Both drugs therefore inscrease sympathetic nervous sytem activity while stimulating the mesolimbic reward system in the brain. Cocaine's effects are typically more intense then that of amphetamine, but amphetamine's effects last much longer.

No. you should not take ecstasy at all. it is one of the most, if not the most irreversible damaging drug to the Brain. If you take it with adderal,which is a combination of two amphetamine's, it can cause a heart attack.

Adderall, as you'd know with a simple Google, is a mixture of 4 amphetamine salts. X is obviously more than that, one of the ingredients is MDMA. Sometimes even Meth.
