Greatest band ever existed. Lovely. *They're my FAVORITE band.
No its not a Satanic band, They just express what they feel about life in music
As a band, they do not have any religious affiliations in their music.
There's alot of people saying this and Wikipedia says it and the person that answered this before me says it. But I also went to the Carson 2008 Warped Tour, on August 17th, and I saw Shane there. Alesana was signing and I know the person who signed Shane's picture on the poster was Shane. I saw him and he signed my poster. Does that sound like he left the band? Plus their myspace still shows him as a member of the band. See for yourself- http://www.myspace.com/alesana
Alesana got their name because Shawn Milke and Patrick Thompson, the two founders of the band, lived on Alice Anna Street in Baltimore, MD. They decided to put the two girls' names together and change the spelling to use as their band name, to remember their roots.
