Weeeeeelllllll...techincally....no. If you have Time Warner, there's a On-Demand channel called 'Cutting Edge'. In here, there's an 'Anime Network' section, and (right now, December 2009) there are Alice Academy episodes.
But if you're talking more about airing on channels themeselves, well then, yeah..they're only in Japan.
But.
In April 2010, season 2 will be airing in America!!!!!
I don't know what channel, or even an exact date, but that's the airing time. From the flashes and tidbits you can see from season 2, it kinda looks like their doing something different from the manga. Just a hunch.
Hope this helped!! :)
=there is only 1 season of Gakuen Alice=
Alice academy
Its 'Animax TV' only because the 1st season also was aired on it. well we have to wish thst second goes on air soon.
no there will no more Alice academy shows on TV since the first season had very low ratings and bugets
the gakuen Alice anime can be watched on youtube.com or crunchyroll.com (just go to the "search" box and write either gakuen Alice or Alice academy. then it would come up with a list of vids and just click the one you want.) you can also buy it from the DVD store/import it from another country. and.. another thing is that you can download veoh tv from veoh.com and download the episodes. (i download it then burn it onto a disc so i can watch it on the tv. ^^) hope that was what you needed!!

A lot of times, anime only airs in certain areas of the world, or on certain channels on TV. Anime directed toward children would air in places like Japan on the Disney Channel. It would be easier to watch it online somewhere.
