Some Samsung phones seem to have an issue with the Jawbone. I have just bought one, and I have a Samsung G600, and it just keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth for no reason at all. Having spoken to Jawbone support, it would appear that the software needs to be upgraded on the phone. Tried it with an old D900 and that works fine. Just wanted to make people aware of this.
Yes this bluetooth is compatible with the blackberry 7100i.
I found this that lists phones supported by the Jawbone... http://www.cellhut.com/specs-product-3680.html
My Nokia 6620 doesn't see my jawbone for some reason as I want to add as a pair device. But find any other phones that have bluetooth on.I know it is not an answer but something be aware of.
Yes. I have a blackjack and a jawbone. It's a great phone and a WONDERFUL headset. Just be sure to read the instructions on how to activate the "Pairing" Feature of the jawbone. (By holding the black back button (noise reduction) for 3 seconds. Then goto the settings/bluetooth and add device. Bingo, enter the password and you've got it. ADDITION: My experience was that I needed to upgrade my Blackjack to Windows Mobile 6.0 in order for any bluetooth device to work. It was a pain, but Samsung tech support walked me through it. Afterwards my Jawbone paired and the connection is fantastic !
it does Per the reviewer: http://www.amazon.com/review/RSH2XUGNE9MO1
An Alipha jawbone is a bluetooth headset used for making and receiving calls and not having to hold the telephone and allowing it to separate noise from outside sources. It was originally invented for military use.
According to the well-reputed pcmag.com The best headset for the best price is the Plantronics Voyager Pro HD for 69.99 (99.99$ values) at TigerDirect.com However, the Aliph Jawbone Era for $64.95 (129.99$ value) at Buydig.com is also a close contender.
If the phone supports Bluetooth, Which the majority of the phones made in the past ten years do, then yes it will support it. What i personally look for when making a Bluetooth headset purchase is small size, comfortable wearing set-up and a feature called A2DP which allows for wireless music streaming. It makes wearing it all day much more enjoyable when you can listin to your tunes quietly in the background with no one the wiser. Great if you use on on the job and keep it in all the time even when not in use. The headset listed does support the A2DP profile. Looks like a good headset from the user reviews too. Good luck.
I find that the best bluetooth headset is the Aliph Jawbone Era. First of all it is sharp looking and comes in 4 colors to choose from. It also comes with 8 different sets of ear tips for extreme comfort so that you choose what you want. It has great quality and it extremely comfortable.
