No. Gifted used to be at EA Fairman, but I believe it's at a newer school (I haven't been back to Whitby in a decade). The gifted high school was Sinclair Secondary School, unless that's changed too. But as far as I know All Saints isn't for gifted kids.
In Ontario, you can have your child tested for a gifted program through their school. If the child is not old enough to be in school, you can still contact the school in your area to get the testing set up.
There are numerous Catholic saints who were given extraordinary mystical graces, such as the stigmata and heavenly visions. But since you say "she" perhaps you are thinking of St Gemma Galgani who lived about 100 years ago in Italy. She was gifted with the grace of being able to see and converse with her guardian angel and also God gave her the stigmata and the crown of thorns.
