It is and it isn't. Answers.com is a site where "idiots" can learn about many different things, because more often than not they will find answers to the questions they are seeking, no matter how simple or complex or even astoundingly dumb-sounding their question[s] is/are.
It depends on how you define idiots. If you mean bigots, haters, and ignorant people, no, since they are not allowed. If you mean people who disagree with you or are poitically correct, then such people exist, though idiot is not the correct word. If you mean the oldest definition, then no, there is nobody on here who is profoundly mentally challenged.
