Florida is hot enough in the summer time. But Arizona I imagine is a lot worse. I saw people on TV one time in Arizona, getting in water and even they had their pets in water and playing in it because they couldn't stand the hot weather. It was 106 degrees I saw on YouTube one time. So no Florida is not hotter then Arizona.
