Third world does not equal stupidity. Malaysia is a third world country with a rapid expanding economy. Malaysia's economy will expand rapidly this year with growth of 5.7 per cent, the World Bank said. Not bad at all if you consider the downturn in the economy which was caused by "clever" first world countries
