First off, asking that question here, of all places, will not get you a good answer. Ask a professor or read a newspaper. You'll get better answers there. Don't let the name of this site fool you.

The short end of it is: no. By definition, in order to be anti-Israel, he would have to be against the State of Israel as an entity. This is easily refuted by statements he has made in clear support of the Israeli state.

I assume by your question that you really mean: is Obama against Israeli policies? In this case, the answer is mixed. He supports Israel's right to exist and to defend itself, and supports what he views as reasonable means of accomplishing this. He does not, however, support the settlement building, the attacks in the West Bank, the invasion of Gaza in 2008, or the occupation of the West Bank.
