No, this is simply political rhetoric. This is a tactic all politicians like to use: they say their opponent is the worst president in years, or they accuse him of certain unpopular things like raising taxes, or they say his policies have been a failure, or that he is anti-business, or that he is in the pocket of lobbyists, etc. These are all opinions, meant to make their opponent look bad; in most cases, even if there is a grain of truth in the claim, the statement tends to be exaggerated to make a partisan point. This one is no exception: Republican Mitt Romney, the president's opponent in the 2012 election, has been saying that president Obama is "the most anti-business president in history" but the facts do not support Romney's claim-- many of the president's supporters are successful businesspeople. Further, most major U.S. corporations continue to make record profits and CEOs are making more money than ever.
