YES, bebo is much safter than msn . On bebo you can lock your profile so that only people you know can enter your site. This will not stop friends entering it though. A question will come up asking you if you want to add this person. You can visit their site to make sure you know them and if you do then you can click accept person or decline person. You can also report someone for racism, porn, bullying etc....
