I would say ' no ', but he DOES have preconceived notions about people who are different from him, either it would be racial, religious, or different ethnic backgrounds which are not anglo-saxon or western European. He just needs to build a rapport, or even become friends with people who are not like himself.

Then again, every human on the planet, save perhaps newborns, has some sort of preconceived notion about everyone they meet.
