Brahman is considered as the ultimate god. However, no one knows exactly what it is.
What is Brahman?
All the skeletal muscles of the body can contract and relax as a single unit called Unified Skeletal Muscle or USM.
Its contraction has immense effects on our thoughts and actions.
There are seven colors of lights and seven notes in music. In the same way the USM behaves as though it is made of seven distinct segments. Each of these segments represents one Hindu god.
From feet to head these are,
1. Indra
2. Shakti
3. Brahma
4. Vishnu
5. Shiva
6. Shani
7. Yama
Just like the seven colors merge to form white light the seven segments can merge to form one single unit called Brahman.
Brahman is the state at which all of our thoughts, emotions, feelings and movements are in dynamic equilibrium, neither facilitated or retarded. It is not a state in which they are absent. It is a state at which everything and nothing co-exists.
It is not a state one can reach by uttering mantras or performing rituals. It is a state very few people have reached. Appeasing one god itself appears to be a next to impossible task and appears to need more than a life time.
Gender of a god:
The seven basic gods have genders. What about Brahman?
How do we associate a basic force with a gender? What are female gods?
We associate a basic force with male gender if it can exist in pure form. The Illusory force or Shakti force can't exist in pure form because a part of it is real and a part imaginary. Thus, it is considered as female. The rest of the forces are considered as male.
What are female gods? To use a basic force in pure form is practically impossible. Thus, we create an intermediate state with two third purity. This is what is called the counterpart of the god. Thus, while Shiva is 100% pure Involuntary force Parvati is 66% pure Involuntary force and would enable us to reach Shiva.
Gender of Brahman:
Lets apply the above rule to Brahman. It is Brahman a force in pure form? No. it is made of opposing forces in equilibrium, creating an illusion that there is no force.
Thus, it is tempting to conclude Brahman to be male. However, the best thing to do is not to associate it with any shape or gender!
Brahma is a man.
rayirth \Lord Brahma is Srishtikarta or the creator of man.......... He is called Prajapita, Brahma, Vidhaata, Srishtikarta, and many names on earth..........

Woman for Man (an adult woman seeking a man)
In the Siva Purana, Brahma said, "Dharma, the means for achievement of everything, born of me, assumed the form of Manu at my bidding. I created from the different parts of my body innumerable sons. I was then prompted by Siva present within me and hence I split myself into two, one had the form of a woman and the other half that of a man. That man was Svayambhuva Manu, the greatest of the means of creation. The woman was Satarupa, a yogini, an ascetic woman. Together they created beings. Their sons and progeny are spread over the world both mobile and immobile."
No one, Hinduism is not man made Religion. Rather it was founded by Lord Brahma himself.
Man to woman About a 3-to-1 ratio
