Breaking Dawn is of a more mature subject matter than the first 3 books: Twilight, New Moon & Eclipse. The first half of Breaking Dawn deals with Bella & Edward's wedding & honeymoon, Bella's pregnancy and the birth of their daughter, which is somewhat bloody & violent. The second half of the book deals with Bella's transformation into a vampire and the Volturi's leaders wishes to destroy the Cullen family and assimilate Edward, Bella & Alice into the Volturi army. Whether or not the last installment of the Twilight Saga will be violent will depend on how the producer and the director envisions and interprets this book. There has been talk of separating the book into two movies, but no decision (to my knowledge) has been made yet. There has also been talk of making Breaking Dawn rated "R" instead of PG13. In my personal opinion, I feel Breaking Dawn can stay true to the book without going "R". Although Stephanie Meyer originally wrote the Twilight Series for young adults, she and her publisher later edited the books to gear them towards the younger teenage population. With this in mind, the movies should remain PG13 and stay faithful to the books.
