Is Bulkhead going to be in Transformers 4 Because you know that he is not in TF3 so he has to be in TF4?

That seriously makes no sense...why would bulkhead HAVE to be in anything? There are literally HUNDREDS of tfs that haven't been in the 1st 3 movies... where's astrotrain? Omega Supreme? Kup? Hot Rod? Hoist? Hound? So, what is your logic in that question?
