does the same organism always react to the same stimulus at the same way
No. It is not the same. the number of valence electrons are same for the elements in the same column (group).
No, elements in the same column are in the same family.
Do all rocks weigh the same if they have a different mass but the same weight? Let's look at the question without one bit of it..... "Do all rocks weigh the same if they have ......... .... ... the same weight?" If things are the same weight, then they weigh the same.
Things with matter cannot share the same space at the same time.
The CG2010 11/85 edition has been INTERPRETED as providing completed operations coverage to the Additional Insured. Subsequent editions of the CG2010 have removed the "your work" verbiage and replaced it with "ongoing operations" which is intended to remove completed ops coverage for the additional insured. ISO does have endorsement available - the CG2037 - that specifically provides completed operations coverage to the additional insured and can be used in conjunction with the CG2010 later editions. These two forms provided essentially the same coverage the 11/85 edition does. However, not many insurance carriers are eager to provide the CG2037 endorsement.
Hi Deborah here, you are thinking of the cg2010 1185 form. This form affords the additional insured status for completed operations as well as ongoing operations. Insurance company's don't like to have additional insured's for completed operations for the most part. The more recent versions of the cg2010 only offer addtional insured for ongoing operations; once the sub leaves the job site, the GC is no longer an additional insured on the policy. There is a different ISO form, CG 2037, which is solely for affording additional insured status for completed operations. If you have a new version of the 2010 and the 2037, it'svirtually the same as having the 2010 1185 version. Take care, DeborahCRIS
The ISO form CG 2010 10/01 does not provide completed operations in Part A. Section II where it states "...but only with respect to liability arising out of your ongoing operations performed..." The ISO form CG 2037 10/01 would provide the completed operations coverage.
