The US Dept. of Education has a profile of the Christian Liberty Academy from the Private School Universe Survey data for the 2007-2008 school year.
However, that's not the same as being "certified" or "accredited." It looks as though the Dept. of Education does not actually accredit/certify private schools, and according to this archived document from 2000:
"There is no general requirement in Illinois that non-public schools register with, be licensed by, or be accredited by the Illinois State Board of Education, although certain non-public school facilities need to be approved to serve public school special education students. However, non-public schools have the option of applying for registration and recognition on a voluntary basis. "
In checking the Illinois State Board of Education's 2007-2008 Nonpublic Recognized Schools Directory, we find that Christian Liberty Academy has either not applied for or received such recognition.
