Is Christianity declining?
August 05, 2008 9:45PM
no i would say that it is reforming,
Not at all. Whilst in some countries (such as those in western Europe) organised Christianity has been in decline since the 1960s, which has helped to contribute to major social problems and family breakdown, in most other parts of the world Christianity is growing - and growing rapidly. For example - in the far East and especially South Korea, Christian churches are mushrooming. Of the 11 largest churches in the world, 10 are in South Korea, and some of them exceen 30,000 in membership so that they have to have 7 - 10 services on a Sunday in a large conference arena to fit everyone in.
