Morally, Christianity is most certainly not wrong. It embodies some of the most important moral and ethical teachings ever told.
However, Jews say that Jesus was not really the Messiah. Muslims say that Jesus was a prophet, but not the Son of God. And Hindus (among others) say that in their belief, Christians worship the wrong God. Finally, atheists say that all religions involve false beliefs, even though the followers and their religious leaders hold those beliefs sincerely.
There is nothing wrong with Christianity. It is perfect just the way God made it!

St. Ignatius of Loyola devoted his life to founding a religious Order for the dual purposes of reconverting the protestants back to Christianity, and to the missions - preaching Christianity to the pagans. If you had to say that he thought something was wrong with the Church, it was obviously that the protestants had left it, and that it had not yet spread throughout the entire world.
I do believe it that it is Christianity, but I may be wrong.
Individual christians may be doing some things wrongly. However there is no blanket "wrongdoing" inherent in christianity's precepts.
