Probably, but he shouldn't be. The problem with magicians who do these TV specials is that a lot of camera tricks are used. This is not magic and shouldn't be classed as magic.
A real magician can do those same effects for real, they don't need cameras. You will see him walk up to someone and perform, this is not the case. The reality is that he could've asked a hundred people before someone said yes, he could have asked a hundred more before the magic trick actually went right. They are all edited so it just looks good.
