I think he used to be a weather guy for WVEC TV in the Hampton Roads area of VA.He is Dave Parker, but he was actually the meteorologist for WTKR TV 3 in Hampton Roads up till about 2006. He now works as a radio announcer for two local stations in Tidewater area... and also obviously does a TV commercial for Elephant Auto Insurance.
