uh no why would all fish be ralated there are million of different species dont you know that. ...............UUUMM,THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE...all fish are related becuase they all have gills,fins and need water. But they are branched off.A catfish,(Like a pleco)is difforant than a molly.Catfish have whiskers,and mollys dont.Some fish dont look alike,but are still the same type of animal.(look up molly or pleco if you dont know what those fish look like,thanks!)

∙ 13y agoNo. Dogs are land mammals, while fish are water-dwelling creatures that have gills. Mammals have lungs in order to breath air, have fur/hair and give birth to live young. Fish have scales and lay eggs.
