Yea he is the best rapper, better than T.I. or Lil Wayne. he can beat both of them in freestyle rap battles especially Lil Wayne. Most of his songs tell a story or make sense. So Eminem all the way!

Eminem is the best lyricist but not the best rapper neither is lil Wayne. there really is the debate of who is the best.you have to look at it like this each rapper has an inspiration or motive each rapper has there own individual style. eminem has mental fluidity lil Wayne has street cred and so on and so forth.so there is really no best rapper its just what you prefer if you like hardcore rap then dig it if you dontthen you don't.
