I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere that Ezio, is a descendant of Altair, because how else could that guy you start the Assassin's Creed 2 game have been both of them in the animus.
Me!: Yes, they are related. Altair is a great (I don't really feel like going that far) family member, as the same goes for Ezio. So, they are related some how.
Yes, Ezio and Altair are both ancestors of Desmond Myles, the guy who simulates their memories through the Animus.

∙ 11y agoI'd say Ezio because Ezio has 2 hidden blades so he could just try to stab Altair if it gets blocked big deal he'll just stab with the other 1 if that doesn't work just back off and fire away with Ezio's gun and there go's blood everywhere so yeah Ezio I'd say!!!!!!!! =)

I say Altair because he invented the double hidden blades, this is shown in Assassins Creed revelations when he has 2 blades in one of theAltairscenes...
alsoAltairis the most famous master assassin because he was the FIRST to discover the apple ofEdenand learn how to "control" it...he also has more experience as an assassin then ezio because he was born into the order...
but overall...Desmondmiles is the best because he has both of their assassin skills...

yes he is because i read books about him and the creed and i also got some info on ezio too saying he's real too. I'm Not Sure About Altair. He May Be Real, But I'm Not Sure. I Do However, Have Information On Ezio. Him And His Family Were Real, But They May Not Have Been Assassins. Ubisoft Took Them And Changed Their History A Bit To Make The Game Cooler. They Also Did This With Rodrigo Borgia. The Only Thing They Didn't Change About Him Was The Fact He's A Pope.

Yes he was real, look it up, and Altair, Leonardo da Vinci did a real painting in real life of himself with Ezio. The painting is almost impossible to find now with the assassins creed games out. All you can find is stuff on the game. So someone find it please!
