No. LCS (Liberty City Stories) is set in the 90's, after GTA 3. GTA IV is set in the modern day. well GTA 4... its alot harder to memorize your way around, unlike liberty city stories, you pretty much learn your way around in a few minutes. So the mad in GTA 4 is much bigger!
